The Sho-Me Statesmen meet each and every Thursday evening from 7:00p.m. til' 9:30p.m.(and later for those who like to stick around tag sing). We meet at The Waterford at Iron Bridge in Springfield, which is located 1 mile south of Republic Road on National (for a map, look below).
At each rehearsal we try to include many aspects of barbershop, including chorus singing, quartetting, woodshedding, chorus business, musicality, and history to name a few. Our evenings are filled with many of the above mentioned activities and all men of any age are welcome to come and visit with us, no experience required. You can sing or simply sit back and listen, but don't be surprised if our membership vice president will give you some information about our chorus and barbershopping. We look forward to having you.
